We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Here is are some of the most common questions we get to help you with your purchase.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually packaged within 1-2 business day after you complete your purchase. Some items are on a pre-order basis and ship out later. If you purchase a pre-order item and some in stock items, your order will ship at the pre-order item release date time.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS for our shipping.

How much is shipping?

Our store pulls rates for shipping with USPS so you are paying the cost of the actual shipping cost. Any order over $100 gets free shipping.

How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number.  It may take a few hours for the tracking to update as it is scanned into the USPS tracking system. Most orders inside of Iowa will take 1-2 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and you can also pay through PayPal.

Do you ever sell stuff in person?

Yes we do sometimes! Most Cyclone Fanatic events will have some of our most popular items for sale.

I'm sending this as a gift, is there going to be a receipt in the package with the price?

Nope. We only include a packing list in your order that just says what is included. No prices are shown on it.

An item I want isn't available, when will you restock it?

This depends on the popularity of the product. We do have a sign up on the product pages to alert you when you want to know when something is restocked. This will help tell us what demand there is for the item after it is mostly sold out.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange anything you buy up to 30 days after you receive it. Items must be in an unwashed or unworn condition. You can exchange for different size or if you want a refund that can be issued as well. A restock fee will apply to all returns. 

How do I request a return or exchange?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can log into your account and view your past orders. Click Request Returnon the order you are needing to return something from. Choose the Reason for returning and in the Note box you can type in what you are wanting done if more instructions are needed. If you need to exchange for a different size, you can list the desired size there, replace a damaged item, etc. Click the Request Return button and we will confirm the return and you will receive your shipping label in an email once approved.

Can I use more than one discount at checkout?

Only one discount is permitted per order.
