Need to return an item or exchange something?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can log into your account and view your past orders. Click Request Return on the order you are needing to return something from. Choose the Reason for returning and in the Note box you can type in what you are wanting done if more instructions are needed. If you need to exchange for a different size, you can list the desired size there, replace a damaged item, etc. Click the Request Return button and we will confirm the return and you will receive your shipping label in an email once approved.
